Disclaimer: You need one of each item.
Wooden Planks:
You need any type of wood in the first box of your crafting area or your crafting table.
Crafting Table:
You need four wooden planks in every single box in your crafting area.
Sticks:
You need 2 wooden planks, one the first box and the another one on the seventh box in your crafting table. If you are using the crafting area, one should be on your first box, and the other should be on your third box.
Wooden Pic Axe:
You need a crafting table for this one. You need a wooden plank or any other material on your first box, the second box, and on your third box. Then you need a stick on the 5th box and on the 8th box. Crafting recipes for the sticks, the wooden planks, and the crafting table are on the top of this blog post.
