This video is for how to enable stereo mix in Windows. Stereo mix comes with new sound cards in laptops. Stereo mix is for recording sounds from your computer. It is very useful because you could import the sounds directly into audio programs (i.e. Audacity or Windows Sound Recorder) without a microphone.
